
Our Vetting Process
At SDR Dream Team, we understand the importance of finding the ideal fit. Typically, this is a combination of skills, experience and organization culture alignment. Our internal vetting process is designed to ensure only the most suitable candidates make it through to your hiring pipeline.

Initial Phone Screen
Our first engagement with candidates? A one-hour (recorded) screening call that goes over an individual's background, education, experience, career aspirations, salary expectations, communication style and notice period. From here, we accept 20% of candidates we chat with.

Assessments
Most of our roles involve an on-platform assessment, proctored via our proprietary assessment module. This can take the form of multiple choice, coding examples and short answer assignments. We accept about 50% of candidates at this stage.

Technical Interview
Candidates speak with a seasoned sales leader, typically at the VP or Director level. This interview is also recorded and goes over sales/prospecting tactics, metrics, tools and, in some instances, prospecting scenarios. About 33% of candidates are accepted at this stage.
04
Background Checks
We review and confirm employment and education credentials, typically speaking with previous employers and managers. At this point, about 3-5% of initial candidates have made it this far.
